Peanuts probably originate from Brazil or Peru. In the 18th century they were called “earth nuts” and are regarded as an excellent food for pigs. The recipe for homemade peanut butter :
1 ½ cup roasted unsalted peanuts
1 ½ tablespoons oil
Peanuts and oil place in a blender and mix it well.
The resulting butter put in a bowl and place in the fridge for one hour.
