2 large Granny Smith apples
6 tablespoons peanut butter
25 g. raisins, dried cranberries or goji (optional)
Remove the center of the apple with a knife to remove the middle part of the apples. Cut each apple horizontally (contrary to the usual cutting from top to bottom) in six equal pieces about 1 cm thick. Serve apple slices in pairs, so that each piece will have another piece of similar size. The lower parts of the apple put in a row, and the upper over them. Coat the bottom with a peanut butter and sprinkle with dried fruit, if desired. Place the top of an apple on top and serve immediately.
