What each of us need to know is that we can still enjoy the freshness during the day without using factory antiperspirant. Because we daily use antiperspirants and deodorants as hygiene and for cosmetic needs, we should be well informed about the list of ingredients that are found in them.
So, although we can find everywhere antiperspirants that do not contain harmful parabens and aluminum (ingredients that are potential causes of breast cancer), we offer you a recipe for homemade natural antiperspirant.
200 g baking soda
16 g of starch
35 g of coconut oil
a few drops of lavender essential oil if desired.
- In a small bowl mix the baking soda and starch, then add the coconut oil.
- Mix until the mixture is nice and equal become creamy.
- Place the mixture into plastic bowls (can be shaped into paper molds for muffins), then place them in the refrigerator and wait to hardened.
- When the mixture will be hardened remove from molds and you already have antiperspirant.
The resulting natural antiperspirant you can store in airtight container in the refrigerator to maintain its solid consistency. It acts just like any bought deodorant and leaves no white marks on clothes, and if you prepare by the proposed measures above this amount would be enough for a month, maybe more.
