1 liter of milk
200 g quality butter (butter)
6 tablespoons flour
6 tablespoons cocoa powder
200 g of powdered sugar
200 g hazelnuts
Hazelnut Finely grind or chop in a blender (as much smaller – the better)
Mix the cocoa, flour and powdered sugar
In this add half a liter of milk and egg, stir well
The second half of the milk pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil
In the boiling milk, stirring constantly, add the previous mixture
Add hazelnuts, stir.
Reduce heat and stir constantly until the mixture thickens
Remove from heat, add butter (butter) and stir
After cooling – stir with a mixer
Put in the fridge for the night.
Homemade Nutella kept in a glass jar in the refrigerator for 1 month.
