How To Eliminate Bloated Belly Naturally And Fast

The bloat is a combination of water retention and platter of gas which is not just a lady thing or seasonal. It is shown that 70% of men suffer from some belly issue with excessive flatulence, irritable syndrome and constipation which extend the stomach to uncomfortable and un-slightly proportions. Eliminating the bloating is not an easy as farting or sweating it out. Permanent de-bloating includes life-changes especially with the diet. The bacteria in the large intestine can break down the raffinose, creating a lot of gas resulting in bloating and farts.

The restaurants use more salt than it is recommended and served meals can have 5,000mg of sodium while the recommended amounts are about 2000- 2500mg a day.

You should drink more water even it sounds counterintuitive as many people are dehydrated.  When the body does not get enough water, there are some hormonal changes that there is a need of water. Consuming more water (2-3 liters a day) tells the body that it doesn’t need to store as much water.

As long as you consume water, sodium and carbohydrates, the water is stored in the body.  Hot yoga or sauna weight loss is temporary as it is not fat weight but water weight. There isn’t a shortcut that tastes as good as sodium pizza, sausage and cheese. It is recommended to limit the exposure to processed foods and the intake of sodium by cooking your meals at home.  Consume fiber-rich foods to keep the stomach strong that can face digestion challenges. Consume 2 to3 liters of water on a daily basis and do some regular physical activity.

Sometimes, the bloating feeling is more mental than physical. Numerous people have discomfort in their own skin and it is called dissatisfaction. There are natural remedies that can help you with this problem.  Here are some of them:

*Peppermint*

It has menthol oil that has anti-spasmodic properties on the digestive tract smooth muscle. It relieves spasms in the gallbladder, bile duct and gastrointestinal tract. It helps the food to pass quickly through the stomach.  You can chew fresh leaves of peppermint to relieve the bloating. You can also steep a peppermint tea bag for ten minutes in warm water and consume 2-3 cups a day.

*Ginger*

It is great for bloating and gas. It has some active ingredients like shogaols and gingerols that reduce the intestinal inflammation and relax the muscles of the intestines. Put 5-6 slices of ginger in a cup with boiling water and let it stay for ten minutes. Add s little lemon juice and honey and consume it up to 3 times a day. Eat a tsp. of grated ginger before the meals or sprinkle it on the food. Adults can take from 0.25 to 1 gram of powdered ginger a day.

*Activated charcoal*

It has many properties and holes that allow passing of water and air and these spaces trap the gas caused by stomach bacteria. You can find it in powder form, tablet or capsule. In order to learn the right dosage, seek a medical advice.

*Bananas*

They are rich source of fiber and can reduce the gas and bloating associated with constipation. They have potassium which regulates the fluid levels and relieves from bloating. You can eliminate bloating if you eat them regularly. Eat them as a snack or add them to baked desserts or salads.

*Lemon Water*

Consuming warm lemon water helps remove the toxins from the body and keeps the body hydrated. The lemon is rich in vitamin C and B, carbohydrates, proteins, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium and riboflavin which helps the digestion. Lemon water is great for the digestive system and the warm lemon water gives relief from constipation, gas and bloating.

The bloating can affect the daily life, but using these remedies can keep the stomach happy. If it is chronic, ask for medical attention, change in the lifestyle or diet to solve the problem.
