Lemon diet – 22 pounds in 2 weeks

If you want to change your outlook completely and to lose 10-20 pounds, despite your good will, you’ll also need lemon!

This diet burns the calories and the fat, but in the same time it strengthens your body and filters the blood and the lymph.

Many of the nutrition experts claim that one lemon contains all the essential elements that help in lowering the fatty tissue(lipoma) and also your body weight.

Among the many ingredients, the lemon contains citric acid, which boosts the metabolism and also the appetite.

The citric acid contributes for an intense production of gastric acid, and as a result, it boosts the food digestion. The lemon peel contains pectin, which helps in controlling the blood sugar level.

There are many different vitamins that can be found in the lemon, including vitamin C, which boosts the immune system of the body, and it’s also an important factor in the process of losing weight. The lemon is one incredible fruit that can detoxify your body, filter your blood and lymph and can also boost the metabolism.

The lemon diet is very simple: every morning upon waking and before breakfast drink the following amount of lemon juice mixed with plain water:

  • Day 1: juice of 1 lemon mixed with 1 cup of plain water.
  • Day 2: juice of 2 lemons mixed with 2 cups of plain water.
  • Day 3: juice of 3 lemons mixed with 3 cups of plain water.
  • Day 4: juice of 4 lemons mixed with 4 cups of plain water.
  • Day 5: juice of 5 lemons mixed with 5 cups of plain water.
  • Day 6: juice of 5 lemons mixed with 6 cups of plain water.
  • Day 7: juice of 3 lemons mixt with 10 cups of plain water.

Add 1 tbsp. of honey and drink the mix during the day.

  • Day 8: juice of 6 lemons mixed with 6 cups of plain water.
  • Day 9: juice of 5 lemons mixed with 5 cups of plain water.
  • Day 10: juice of 4 lemons mixed with 4 cups of plain water.
  • Day 11: juice of 3 lemons mixed with 3 cups of plain water.
  • Day 12: juice of 2 lemons mixed with 2 cups of plain water.
  • Day 13: juice of 1 lemon mixed with 1 cup of plain water.
  • Day 14: juice of 3 lemons mixed with 10 cups of plain water.

Add 1 tbsp. of honey and drink the mix during the day.

Advise: Mouthwash with plain water right after you finish drinking the lemon juice to prevent teeth enamel erosion by the citric acid.

Note: The lemon juice – water mixture should be consumed all at once, but if you have any difficulties in drinking it all at once, then you can drink as much as you can, and leave the rest of the mixture for later. You need to make sure that you drink the rest of the mixture one hour before the meal. This diet is not recommended for people who have gastrointestinal problems!

It is best to try this diet in autumn and spring, a period when our body needs additional vitamins and detox. If you combine this diet with a low intake of calories, the results can be even better!

Eat 5 very small meals a day, don’t eat pasta or wheat bread. Forget about soft drinks, sweetened drinks and alcohol, snacks, chips, etc.
