Lunch, which reduces the acidity of the body: Tasty food on which we have forgotten! (RECIPE)

You will need: 1 onion, 2 red and 2 green peppers, 2 carrots, 500 ml of liquid tomato, 300 g of millet, a spice to taste, a bit of oil, a little salt and pepper.

Cut one onion and simmer on low heat, then in the wok add the carrots. When the onion becomes glassy, add red and yellow peppers.

Wash thoroughly the millet, drain and add to wok. Stir, then add the tomato liquid.
After 15 minutes, add spices (thyme, parsley, salt and pepper).
Let it boil for a few minutes, then remove from stove-top.

Millet is a gluten-free foods, it is a cheap food nutritionists recommend it as a first food for babies.

Millet is also alkaline grains, is extremely easy to digest, while not causing the acidity of the body.
