100 g sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
50 g melted chocolate
2 dl milk
100 g buckwheat flour
100 g finely milled carob
50 g of chocolate pudding
1/2 baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
20 g chopped chocolate (for sprinkling)
few chopped almonds (for sprinkling)
- Preparation (about 20 min, with children probably about 40 min)
1 – Foamy mix together butter, sugar and vanilla sugar, then add eggs one by one and melted chocolate. To the mixture gradually add milk, with constant whipping. Kids mute and moms just add ingredients.
2 – Then gradually add the pre-mixed dry ingredients, also with whipping.
3 – In baking tray for muffins put the paper baskets, and then fill 1/3 of baskets with mixture. In each basket put a few pieces of chopped chocolate and 1-2 cranberries, and then fill in the rest of the mixture.
4 – muffins oven for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 1750C.
5 – When they cool down, you can decorate with melted chocolate, cinnamon, chopped almonds, sprinkle with powdered sugar … offer kids a variety of options and let them to be creative.
