In a cup of boiling water dissolve 2 tablespoons of honey. Stir well and pour into a large jar. Add 2 tablespoons of kefir and a liter of milk. Stir, cover with two layers of gauze and put in a warm place to rest for three days. Then add a teaspoon of dry yeast, stir and re-cover it with gauze.
As soon as you notice that in the jar began to appear bubbles, kumis is ready. Place the jar in the fridge and drink 0.5 dl half an hour before meals three times a day for at least two weeks.
